I think I've been working with these guys for 30 years! From doing new keys on houses that I've sold for clients to safes and car keys… they have done at all. Always a very fair price and always the most professional and make a do that difficult keys like laser cut car keys. If you need keys [in] Portland there can only be one go to and that's Davis Lock & Safe!
Dirk K. – 5 Star Google Review
I came to Davis Lock in Gresham on my 3rd stop, I didn’t realize getting a programmed key for a car was so complicated and expensive. They were simply amazing. Gave me all of the information that I needed, and cut and programmed my keys quickly and cheaply. I will recommend these guys to everyone!
Lee H. – 5 Star Google Review
I had a great experience this evening after my house lock broke (and I was stuck outside in the cold). Seth was very kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I would absolutely contact Davis Lock & Safe for any future lock needs!
Becky M. – 5 Star Facebook Review
Stellar customer service. Amazing company. They have undoubtedly earned my loyalty as a customer after custom cutting a number of motorcycle keys. Keep up the good work. You have my respect.
Michael H. – 5 Star Facebook Review
Outstanding work. I needed 40 copies of keys made when I came in, and you would not believe the speed at which they turned them out. I'm guessing 2 seconds per key. It was absolutely amazing. Two gentlemen stepped up to make it happen because I was in a hurry. I love these guys. Every key was guaranteed to work and they did!
Brian T. – 5 Star Yelp Review
We had David Lock & Safe come to our home for a project that involved re-keying, key replication and door lock maintenance. Doug was the person who helped us and here is all you need to know: arrived on time, polite, efficient, professional. We are highly satisfied customers!
Rick E. – 5 Star Yelp Review
Doug was on time. He finished the job quickly. After he left, I found one deadbolt difficult to turn. I called Davis Lock & Safe. Doug came back right way and fixed it. It may have been more of a problem with the door rather the lock, and I said that. Doug said, "It doesn't matter. I should have tried it before I left the first time." He had tried the other locks. People who take responsibility are the best. Thanks Doug and Davis Lock & Safe!
"A" Rating from Angie’s List
I originally called another locksmith that was closer to my area but they could not come out until a week later. Found Davis Lock & Safe on the list although it was further down and in another city, I'm glad I called them. Chris was very helpful and got me scheduled the next day! The locksmith that came out was Phillip, he called before arriving which was great. Phillip was very professional and answered all questions. He offered to key the three locks to same key for convenience. He did an excellent job on the new deadbolt and fixing the latch. Would use and recommend them for future service!
